All responsible personnel in the area of welding technology must be qualified as International Welding Engineer (IWE) or International Welding Specialist (IWS).

The International Welding Engineer is skilled in welding, material science, construction and manufacturing, which are internationally standardized practices. He or she has proven these qualifications in an internationally accepted test, the diploma received for the final exam is recognized worldwide.

The International Welding Specialist then receives additional training in areas such as: welding processes and gear, raw materials and how they react under welding conditions, construction and design as well as production and applications engineering.

Practical foundations cover gas welding, arc welding, gas-metal arc welding and tungsten inert-gas welding, among other welding techniques.

The International Welding Specialist is a practical, real-world oriented qualification, which still qualifies its owner to act as the fully responsible welding supervisor for small and medium-sized businesses.

The welding supervisor acts as a quality insurer for all welding work.

Our company has successfully completed all requirements of DIN EN ISO 3834-2.

We’ve passed all welding procedure tests for any of our applied welding techniques and technology.

All welding personnel can show qualifications for DIN standards EN 287-1, EN ISO 9606-1 and operator qualification tests under DIN EN ISO 14732, respectively.
